Our Stamp of Approval

We pride ourselves in being a "One Stop Battery Supplier," where our prospective customers can obtain advice on, and source virtually any type of battery requirement, from a torch to a bulldozer!

Besides our extensive range of First National Battery manufactured automotive batteries, marketed under the Exide, Oldham , Swiftex and Powabatt brand names, we also import complete ranges of the top quality Powabatt sealed lead acid standby and Powabatt motorcycle batteries.

We are the sole South African agents for the PK Cell range of Alkaline AA, AAA, C and D size primary batteries, as well as NiCd, NiMh and Lithium rechargeable or secondary batteries. We invite trade customers to contact us if they are interested in stocking and selling our very popular range of products.

We have been the proud distributors of First National Battery automotive products since 1978. During that time we have established many win-win relationships with selected battery resellers and have always taken much pride in the level of service we are able to offer these valuable clients of ours.

SERVICES

For our automotive retail customers, we provide an on-site battery testing and fitment centre, where car, truck and tractor batteries are expertly tested, and new ones supplied and fitted if necessary. Our fitters are all trained in house, and are also able to check alternator charging rates for possible irregularities.

For our trade customers in and around KZN, we provide a distribution service whereby we make regular deliveries of our full range of products, and retrieve used car and truck batteries where necessary for recycling.

• Automotive Batteries

We distribute a complete range of First National Battery automotive batteries for all makes of cars, trucks, tractors, boats and deep cycle applications. Most of the new vehicles that are manufactured in South Africa, such as Toyota, Ford, Mazda, GM, Volkswagen, BMW and Mercedes are fitted with only First National batteries as original equipment. This is indicative of the high esteem in which the quality of our products is held.

• Other Batteries

We are importers of our own branded range of Powabatt sealed lead acid standby and deep cycle batteries. These batteries are used in a variety of applications including burglar alarm systems, gate motors, UPS , golf carts etc.

We also import a full range of Powabatt motorcycle and lawnmower batteries. Many of these products are now maintenance free providing our customers with the welcome advantage of fit and forget technology.

We are also sole agents in South Africa for the overseas manufactured PK cell range of Alkaline and rechargeable consumer batteries such as AA, AAA, C and D sizes.

We strive to continually import battery products incorporating the very latest international technology.

• Battery Chargers

We are agents for Tecmate and Hawkins battery chargers for all rechargeable applications. Tecmate and Hawkins both incorporate multi stage charging technology in their products which alleviates the danger of overcharging and hence damaging the batteries.

• Accessories

We stock heavy duty battery booster cables, battery cables,portable jump starters, battery terminal clamps,electronic battery testers, hydrometers, inverters, battery water and battery acid.
